Conner Hill

Conner Hill is a Tallahassee native designer and developer. He received a BFA in Graphic Design from FSU in 2013. He has been doing design and dev work in town ever since. He currently works at Understory.

Conner enjoys photography, video production, and motion graphics. He likes to put those skills professionally to good use whenever he can. In his free time, Conner enjoys camping in and experiencing the stolen indigenous lands that now make up the Apalachicola National Forest and surrounding areas. He’s always down to get out in nature via his bike or 4WD.

He previously served as Event & Community Director before becoming chapter President of AIGA Tallahassee.

How did you find AIGA Tallahassee?

I had been running the Designer Drinks meet ups before we had an AIGA chapter.  Through that and other design community events, I knew everyone who was involved in getting our AIGA chapter started.  I continued to run the Designer Drinks events in conjunction with AIGA for a while before finally joining the board as Event & Community Director.

Why is creativity important?

Creativity is the source of progress.  It’s how new solutions are discovered for problems we never thought we could fix.  It’s also the source of everything new made by humans, without it we would be in a pretty bland world.
